Q: How quickly will my order be shipped
out?
A: Most orders are shipped out within
24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed. If there are any delays with
your order then you will be promptly notified by e-mail.
Q: How long will it take for my shipment
to arrive?
A: Depending on the
size of the package and your location, most packages sent to the United States,
Canada and Western Europe will take approximately 7 to 10 days to
arrive. Packages sent to all other countries usually take 10 to 14 days to
arrive, however longer delivery times can happen.
Q: It has been over 2 weeks and I still
haven't received my package. What do I do?
A: Even though 95% of the time the shipment
estimates given above are accurate, they are only estimates and on rare
occasions shipment can take up to 30 days to arrive. So, if your package
still hasn't arrived 30 days after is has been mailed out, then please contact
me and we will work something out.
Q: Why do some DVDs or CDs have a higher
shipping cost?
A: This is
because some shows are recorded on two discs and due of the extra
disc, the overall weight of a package is brought over the 0.22 pounds (100
grams) limit, therefore it is part of the next post office pricing bracket which
is from 0.23 to 0.55 pounds (100 to 250 grams).
Q: What region are your
DVDs?
A: All the DVDs sold on this site are
region-free, meaning that they can be played anywhere in the world. However, on
very rare occasions some DVDs have problems being played on older DVD player. If
you experience any playback issues then please contact me and something will be
worked out.
Q: What do I get when I purchase a show
without cases and artwork?
A: This is pretty much self-explanatory.... You will get just the disc(s) -either DVDs or
CDs, depending on what you bought, sent in a CD sleeve (which in turn
is mailed out in a bubble wrap envelope). So no cases or artwork
will be mailed along with your shows.
Q: What is your return
policy?
A: Due to the fact that
both DVDs and CDs can be easily copied, refunds will not be given out. However,
if there are any issues with your order then please contact me and a
mutually feasible solution will be found on a case-by-case basis. Have no fear
though as my DVDs are of the highest quality (the
feedback page speaks for
itself).
